Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ads Copilot (the “Service”), an MCP (Model Context Protocol) bridge that connects your Google Ads Manager (MCC) account to Claude and other compatible AI clients. By creating an account or connecting a Google Ads account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Ads Copilot stores an OAuth refresh token issued by Google and uses it to call the Google Ads API on your behalf. Read tools (reports, search terms, account discovery) and write tools (budget, status, negative keyword changes) are exposed to your AI client through an authenticated endpoint.

2. Your account & credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and your bridge access token. You must not share account access with unauthorized parties. Refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

3. Acceptable use

  • You will only connect Google Ads accounts you are authorized to manage.
  • You will respect Google’s Ads API and acceptable use policies.
  • You will not use the Service to attempt to circumvent the safety limits configured on your account.

4. Safety limits & AI actions

The Service enforces user-configurable guardrails (e.g. a maximum daily budget increase percentage). You acknowledge that AI clients can take real actions against your Google Ads account. You are solely responsible for reviewing the audit log and reverting changes you did not intend.

5. Data we process

See our Privacy Policy for what we store and how we use it. We do not sell your data and we do not use your Google Ads data to train any model.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for advertising spend, lost conversions, or any other outcome produced by AI-driven changes to your Google Ads account.

7. Termination

You can disconnect your Google account and delete your account at any time from the Integrations page. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
